One of the first things I did in continuing my model was adding ears to the head.
Then I added the feet hooves starting with a simple cube then rounding it out to look more natural.
The I added a simple neck, it would be covered by the hair but I thought it was needed to keep the head properly spaced from the body.
Then I made the hand hooves by using a similar method of rounding a cube, though I wasn’t very happy with how they turned out.
Then I created the hair by adding spheres onto the head and squishing and pulling them into a variety of shapes and repeating this until I covered the head to create the cloud like look of sheep wool.
Then I added simple spheres for eyes.
Because I wasn’t happy with how the body looked, I replaced it with new rounder shape that I think fits much better.
I also redid the hand hooves to be rounder in shape.
At this point the model of the sheep herself was all complete.
Then I created her hat using a torus and a sphere.
At this point the essential parts of the model are done, though I would like to add something else over spring break. Originally I planned to give her a small dress or sweater, but now I think continuing the hair technique all over the body may look good as well. Based on in class feedback on what people think will look better I will make my decision.
Looks great. just like we talked about, work on the bottom half of the moedling and add some updates.
