Good evening!
This week I worked on integration. I used the framework and instructions Will provided to create a simple scene with my character in it, along with all of the necessary animations as pulled from Mixamo.
I then created a blend tree for the purposes of animation.
With the blend tree completed, I exported a Unity package which I sent over to Will. As our group’s programmer, he will be able to complete the final steps of integration for the final interview minigame. Afterwards, I helped my other team members troubleshoot their models for the purposes of Mixamo animation. Next, I’ll be practicing Level of Detail attributes as found in Maya. While these wont be necessary for the final project, I find that this aspect of Maya could be worth exploring.
