Elizabeth was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation from Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Prior to attending law school, Elizabeth sailed for five years as a Merchant Marine with Military Sealift Command and holds an unlimited tonnage, upon oceans U.S.C.G. Master’s License. Elizabeth will be clerking on the Maryland Court of Special Appeals for the Honorable Douglas R. M.
