May is a busy month around campus as student are finishing up classes and preparing for final exam week.<\/a><\/p>\n

At the end of the semester students are like: <\/p>\n

<\/a><\/div>\n

So, Langsdale Library is giving the tired, stressed-out, “can’t-wait-for-the-semester-to-end” students some extra energy. Stop by the first floor for free lemonade and coffee<\/b> from 8:30am to 6pm, Monday, May 6 through Thursday, May 9.<\/p>\n

One cup of coffee or lemonade, and you’ll be alert like:<\/p>\n

Since you’re so awake from that coffee, stay after hours on Friday, May 10. Langsdale Library is staying open from 6-10pm for Late Night Game Night<\/b>. Simulation and Digital Entertainment (SDE) program will be hosting<\/span><\/span> a board game party to kick off the new game library in the lower level of the Langsdale<\/span><\/span>!<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a><\/div>\n

Bring s<\/span>nacks and drinks to share, friends, and your favorite games. We have a massive space and lots of tables, so the more the merrier. Bring your friends to Late Night Game Night like:<\/p>\n

Games provided include: Ticket to Ride, 7 Wonders, Kingsburg, Ascension Chronicle of the Godslayer, Bohnanza, Scotland Yard, Carcassonne, Settlers of Catan, Dominion, Lost Cities, Small World, and Pandemic.

Finally, Tuesday, May 14 is the Literary Publications Class Showcase<\/b><\/a>. Students will have their book art projects on display and for purchase. You’ll have so many amazing book arts to look at, you’ll be like:<\/p>\n

The showcase is followed by a student reading of their original creative works.  Light refreshments will be provided.<\/p>\n

When there’s so much fun happening at the library that we feel like –<\/p>\n
