Frece<\/strong>, associate director of the Center for Smart Growth at the University of Maryland, College Park and co-author of <em>My Unexpected Journey: The Autobiography of Governor Harry Roe Hughes<\/em>; <strong>C. Fraser Smith<\/strong>, senior news analyst at public radio station WYPR and author of <em>William Donald Schaefer: a Political Biography<\/em>; and <strong>William J. Thompson<\/strong>,  a history professor at Stevenson University and author of a forthcoming  biography of former Baltimore mayor and Maryland governor Theodore R.  McKeldin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>John T. Willis<\/strong>, executive in residence in the  University of Baltimore&#8217;s College of Public Affairs, will moderate the  discussion.
