Here are some fun facts for Christmas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">1.9 billion<\/span> Christmas cards are mailed every year, making Christmas the largest card-sending occasion in the U.S. (Valentine&#8217;s Day is a distant second with 192 million cards sent).<\/li>\n<li>The Post Office delivers about <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">1 million<\/span> packages a day through Christmas Eve. The busiest delivery day? <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">December 21<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>There were <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">20.8 million<\/span> Christmas trees cut in 2002; most of those trees were grown in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Oregon<\/span> (6.2 million).<\/li>\n<li>In December 2004, retailers reported holiday sales of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">$31.9 billion<\/span>, a 54% jump over November 2004 sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Want to find out more?
