  Learn how to apply the POUR framework (Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust) to create accessible materials for all students.
• AI in Practice Webinar | October 9, 12pm on Zoom
  Join us for the next installment in our AI in Practice series, featuring Mike Kentz, as we explore practical applications of AI in education.
• Accessibility in Canvas | October 9, 10am on Zoom
  This session will guide you through using the Canvas Accessibility Checker and UDOIT Course Review Tool to enhance the accessibility of your course materials.
• Promoting Instructional Excellence | October 15, TBD
  PIE consists of two main parts: course mapping in close collaboration with CELTT and self-paced independent work completing modules and designing activities/assessments.
• Themed Power Hour | October 15, 1pm in Faculty Commons and Zoom
  Join us for this session focused on accessibility and inclusivity, where we’ll explore strategies to create more equitable learning environments.
• Mental Health First Aid Training | October 18 (Part 1), 9:30am on Zoom
  Equip yourself with the skills to recognize and respond to signs of distress in students, colleagues, and bystanders during this instructor-led session.
