Student Nominated CELTT Excellence in Teaching Award
Matthew Lindsay wins this prestigious award. His commitment to inclusive and accessible hybrid models of teaching has been transformative. A student highlighted, “Professor Lindsay’s dedication to adaptable and inclusive teaching models has made a profound impact on us.”
Student Support Award
Steven Scalet is the deserving recipient of the Student Support Award for his remarkable mentorship and support. A student nomination aptly describes his impact: “Dr. Scalet has inspired and empowered each of us, making a real difference in our university experience.” Honorable mentions go to Margaret Gillingham and Daniel Gerlowski for their dedicated student support.
Teaching Innovation Award
Jennifer Keohane is honored with the Teaching Innovation Award for her engaging and creative teaching methods. One student said, “Dr. Keohane’s innovative teaching methods have truly enriched our learning experience.” Kudos to honorable mentions Liz Keyes and Ed Gibson for their innovative contributions to teaching.
Supportive and Inclusive Environment Award
Jan Williams receives the Supportive and Inclusive Environment Award. One student shared, “Professor Williams’ use of technology and open accessibility has significantly enhanced our learning journey.” Honorable mentions Leonardo Caraballo and Alan Lyles are also celebrated for fostering inclusivity.
