Would you sink among
the greenery
green velvet alocasia
and then work upon its motions
as it folds
Like a mask upon the living
would you drown in rank and file
or depend upon the silence
of your bones
There are shrouds on every corner
green velvet alocasia
you must sink or never falter
you must keep or sway the course.
