Nathan Shifflett

Hello, my name is Nathan Shifflett and I am the Fiction Editor for Welter’s fall 2023 submissions period. I have an undergraduate degree in English Literature from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and am currently enrolled in the University of Baltimore’s Creative Writing MFA program. I live with my parents and three cats. Outside of class, I enjoy tabletop miniatures games, painting scale models, playing bluegrass guitar, and reading.
