I’ve been going through CHOICE’s best websites for 2005, and I found a free database from ISI called ISIHighlycited.com . You may search by individual author or browse a subject area (e.g., psychology/psychiatry) for the top researchers cited in the field.
I know that Applied Behavioral Sciences is very interested in ISI rankings, so I sent them the link. You may want to send it to other faculty who may be interested.
