New Survey Shows Student Internships Key Factor in Success

young professionals A recent survey by American Public Media’s Marketplace and the Chronicle of Higher Education shows that employers see internships and other work experiences as important to success; the degree alone does not ensure that the new hire has the requisite skills to succeed in the job. Employers want employees who can be creative thinkers and can articulate a new idea or project in a persuasive way.
